Good enough for pilates
Once inflated it's fine!! These balls need some dexterity to inflate and put the stopper in without the air escaping. Other than that it does the job. I couldn't get to the point of a hard ball but it works fine

Recommended by experienced Pilates teacher
I bought this ball on the recommendation of my Pilates teacher. As I had difficulty putting the stopper in my chi ball due to dexterity issues, she offered to blow it up for me. I have used this a few times, and it works well for me in Pilates exercises. Best not to blow it up fully, but leave a little softness to it.

The REd one works this dosn't
The red one was easy to blow up and looks fine. The Yellow one is hard to blow up - I cant get it fully blown up. it has screases in it and a small dent

Excellent tool for my recovery
I bought this because I am having PT and they use this type of ball for a couple of my exercises. This one is just the same size and consistency, and performs perfectly for the exercises. I am very glad to have this additional tool to use in my recovery.

100% usefufull
This little ball doesn't seem to be of much use. Follow the exercise instructions and you will soon feel and see the positive effects and changes!
