I am always a little late putting on my reviews sometimes so I am glad I am only just putting on this review. When we first got the product it didn't seem too bad a little awkward to use but overall was okay and did the job and did clean the floor very well, it was just the messing around when cleaning and drying the mop out in the bucket. Then the other day just as i was spinning the mop in the bucket the mop all fell apart on me and we cant seem to fix it :-(So I am 50/50 regarding this mop and bucket and if to purchase another one or something similar.

Good quality mop heads and bucket. However, when I ordered this I mistakenly thought it was a duo bucket (2 tank areas) .... 1 side for clean water and the other for the dirty.We have both a cat and a dog, so we like to ensure the kitchen floor is spotless.Was very disappointed to find that you clean and wring the dirty mop in the same water.For me it's a waste of time, effort and cleaning products as, after the first wipe of the floor, you either continue to 'clean' the floor with instantly dirty water or you change it after every dip!HOWEVER having said all that if you're happy with the single tank, in my opinion, it's good value for money.Unfortunately, on this occasion, for me it wasn't.

Best I've ever used. I've only had it a couple of weeks, I love using it (who'd've thought!). when you use the spinner to wring it out the mop head looks white and clean again!I have to agree with one of the complaints that the bucket does not balance because the fool of a designer didnt think to put put the handle center in the bucket. so it tilts backwards, but to be honest, that doesn't matter unless you want to put a lot of water in it (huge mistake though on a principle design condition). it could be improved. but for function as a mop and bucket for cleaning your floors 5*Some people have complained about quality...well that remains to be seen, Ive only had a while, it does seem a bit flimsy and can see it not lasting too long so I may go for similar with a different maker when it does.Came with two more mop heads, that wasn't in the pic, so a pleasant surprise. I've even got it out to show my fiends how good it is....I turned into JOY! (the film about the mop woman)...but yes...better than expected and for the price, if it breaks after a year I'll be happy to buy again.

It was easy to assemble. I liked the spinning action which left the mop relatively dry which meant the floors dried quickly. However this mop has been in use for less than 3 months in a small bathroom and the part photographed which is an integral part of the spinning action has cracked. We have tried a couple of home fixes but to no avail.Yes, the mop is quite cheap and could be replaced but then I will be disposing of a whole load of plastic for just this one part. I may be being stupid but I can’t even see a way of contacting the original supplier to see if just the part could be replaced. Urgh.

I'm glad I bought this. It has made mopping much easier, with wringing out the mop made effortless. Only small criticisms, it was a bit of a faff to fix the head on and the latch that secures the handle after wringing is low down, meaning you do have to bend or stoop a bit.

I bought this to replace my old standard mop. Upon receiving it I managed to put it together but for the life of me, couldn't work out how to use it as there were no instructions!. However, after watching a short review of a similar mop on Youtube I managed to do it and now I love it. Have been using it daily for a few weeks now and it shows no signs of wear. Very happy that I bought this.

I loved this set from the beginning, great fun and so useful - the combination of the spin-dryer function and the microfibre head means that the floor is nearly dry the moment you finish mopping up. Unfortunately at only the third time it was used, the handle lock snapped (it was very stiff to operate) so I contacted the supplier who initially offered me a partial refund. However, I told them that what I really wanted was a working item because I found that being able to stop the handle spinning and extending when trying to store in a confined space was very important to me. After a first replacement went missing, the second attempt arrived today. Much to my astonishment, they had sent the complete set. When I contacted them about this, they said that they wanted to make sure that I received the correct replacement component and I was welcome to keep all of it. You couldn`t ask for more could you?

I got this as a Christmas gift for my neighbour, they always comment on mine (yes I have one). Sounds daft but it was a joke that turned into buying it them. These are amazing I couldn’t go back to a normal mop now this is never lvl amazing!!!! Plus the heads go in machine on 30!!!! How amazing I can’t say much other than buy one and I honestly think you will be in awe how good these are! I’mDue a new one I have pets and I buy a new one every year they last with daily use It’s still after a year in amazing condition can’t fault at all!!!
