i-stayi-stay Ladies 15.6 – 16 inch Laptop Bag with Non-slip Shoulder Strap - Purple

New to the world of mobile office working I quickly looked into buying a practical laptop bag that wasn't going to break the bank or my back for that matter.This bag is perfect! At 5'4 and size 8-10 I'm not the biggest person but I find this bag perfectly comfortable to carry in my hand or on my shoulder and it's a lot more stylish than many on the market. The main compartment has plenty of room for my laptop, bulging folio, a mouse, pencil case, glasses and a note book. The second largest compartment has plenty of room for documents, business cards, pens, keys etc and there are two further pockets for personal items. I would highly recommend this product. It's extremely well made and stylish. Perfect for the modern businesswoman

This bag arrived today and I am so pleased with it. I normally prefer leather bags and was a bit dubious about this one because it was nylon but I couldn't find a leather bag in this colour that suited my purposes. Also a leather version would have been £200.00 +. This is just perfect. I love the organiser section where you can store your phone, pens, USB stick and much more. The main compartment has an ipad pocket as well as the laptop one and space in between. I probably won't take my laptop in it that often but will use this section to store my lunch! It will take A4 files and has plenty of room for my A5 filofax. The colour is lovely and the quality very good. This will be my work bag it is like a mobile office. I have just sent a bag back from a well known trendy Australian company which was more expensive and so flimsy I am so pleased I found this one. The strap is good and the istay bit does distribute the weight well. The bag looks good despite being nylon. Don't be put off by this. I am always on the look out for that perfect bag and this is very nearly there.

Ever since my peripatetic teaching days I have carried my world around with me - any emergency and I'm ready for it, first at the post with anything required. I can stay overnight anywhere at a moment's notice because everything I need is in my handbag. If a client needs me to work urgently, right here and now when I'm out and about, I've got everything right with me. I also have a chiropractor who is putting her child through private school...Having reverted to a netbook from a tablet (talks straight to my desktop, keyboard...) and having added a mi-fi device to my must-go-with-mes, my need for a way of carrying everything around without resorting to a wheeled trolley finally reached desperation level. So, after much researching, I decided to try the i-stay laptop bag before my back gave up completely.Wow. I don't know why it works, but it does. If I put all my must-go-with-mes into any other bag, the bag becomes serious luggage and not something you'd want to carry far without wheels or other help (huskies, mules, a footman); if I put it into the i-stay bag, it's manageable. The added bonus that the bag stays on my shoulder rather than slipping down to elbow level and damaging my tendons is the icing on the cake.The short grab handles (padded for comfort) means the bag can be moved quickly (off the checkout conveyor belt, out of the way before someone sits on it) without trying to wind a long strap round your hand and probably spilling the contents of the bag everywhere or swinging it into someone's midriff. The splayed formation of the bottom of the bag means it can be dumped down without its falling over. The organiser bit at the front of the bag means that business can be done in shops or meetings without exposing all your serious hardware and/or your make-up, half-eaten lunch and spare knickers to public view. Two further compartments (one at the front, one at the back) allow for anything super-private/valuable to be stored against the body and anything constantly needed quickly to be accommodated. The bag's padding makes the bag comfortable against the body as well as protecting contents.I'm impressed by the quality of the i-stay as well. The material is good (and easily wipe-clean) and the seams are well-stitched. The metal bits (zip pulls, D-rings etc.) are sturdy, rounded, smooth and a good colour (dark pewter).All-in-all, I only have two minor beefs with the i-stay: firstly there are no built-in fixing loops to which lanyards for keys, purses and torches etc. can be attached, and secondly the horrible white 'flash' on which the logo sits. I have no particular beef with the logo itself (although perhaps it's not quite necessary to have it on every zipper, twice on the strap and yet again on the flash - nine instances on one bag...), but the white flash looks cheap, nasty, and ruins the style of the whole thing - which is otherwise first class. However I've found a shoe dye which tones with the colour of the laptop bag and a black Sharpie and some black alcohol ink sorted out my partner's i-stay messenger bag.Finally, for the price this is amazing. Some of the bags I looked at would have cost more than my netbook, most of them were deadly boring in style - and none of them offered what is unique about this bag: the ability to carry your world around with you without killing your back.

Perfect for my University classes and work documents/laptop. I do not feel that the "no slip" shoulder feature s very different to any other bag however. I have been using it for several months and do not see an improvement in shoulder pain, but it is great quality, durable, looks great. I am happy with the purchase.

It's nice but doesn't have quite enough room for other stuff thought the extra compartments are handy

An really good laptop bag. Plenty of room for iPad, plugs, wires and accessories along with space for Kindle and makeup! It's easy to carry but I do agree with one review about the white flash on the front. It's ugly, cheapens the bag and is unnecessary. I'm sure a better logo could be found. I'll also point out that I didn't buy this at a discounted figure and this review has not been paid for in any way!

The bag itself looks great and the non-slip strap works as advertised. However, after two weeks of daily use the seams on one of the shoulder straps are already starting to come loose. I have only used it to carry my laptop (15.6" widescreen, weight 2,5 kg) plus some daily essentials (charger, paper notebook, wallet, bottle of water) so I have not been even using it in its full capacity. Considering the shoulder strap is essential for the comfortable use of the bag, it has now completely lost its functionality.

Bought it for my wife and she absolutely loves it! She says it is slightly on the bigger side as she has a 12" laptop but not too big. It helps her carry all her notes and the ipad too. And the front pockets are perfect to keep the cables, Ids , loose change etc. You can even get an umbrella into the main pocket and somehow the bag is still not too heavy as it is balanced well.

Les plus :Beau tissu noir, l'air solide, deux compartiments à l'avant, dont un avec de nombreux rangements astucieux, pour CB, cartes visites, clé USB, poche filet, et une poche zippée anti-RFID. A l'arrière du sac, il y a encore une poche zippée dans laquelle un smartphone rentre.Dans le compartiment principal, il y a une poche (avec blocage scratch) pour l'ordi et une pochette "feutrée" pour tablette, et un grand espace de rangement "libre". Une bandoulière amovible et des poignets plutôt confortables.MAIS, le point négatif arrive ! Sur la description du produit, c'est noté que celui-ci peut recevoir un ordi de 15.6 à 16 pouces... sauf que mon ASUS R541U de 15.6 (plutôt fin pour un portable de cette taille) ne rentre pas dans le compartiment à scratch pour l'ordi !!!! J'ai forcé dans tous les sens, mais non, il ne passe VRAIMENT pas... donc, pour un 16 pouces ???Au final, je le garde quand même, parce que la qualité a l'air au rendez-vous et que les multiples rangements à l'avant m'ont convaincue... je vais mettre mes pochettes et trieurs dans le compartiment ordi et laisser l'ordi se balader dans l'emplacement "libre", il profitera quand même un peu du rembourrage à son dos et du côté feutré de la pochette pour tablette, mais bon; ... faut le savoir !

Il materiale sembra di buona qualità, tuttavia il mio pc 15.6" entra a fatica, quindi non direi proprio che è adatta anche per contenere un notebook fino a 16"
