I too made my first 4 kits i bought according to the directions. 1 full packet to 3 syringes. Then i read a comment from a gentleman who stated on the next page it says to use 1 full packet and 1 syringe of water. I was very upset that the directions contradicted it self. I found the man who started this program who just made a video showing to use one packet with one syringe of distilled water. I found your message while trying to find someone that could issue me a refund of the 200.00 + i have spent and followed the directions that are wrong. Like you my head is the vain of my existance and dont know what the best mixture for my head would be. I just started using the mixture 1 full packet with 3 syringe of distilled water. This is an excellent product that does exactly what it is intended to do. My health is improving greatly from the initial kit, so I ordered the refills because I do not want to be without it right now. When I stopped though it all came back so I keep taking it though less than recommend b/c its hard on your kidneys.I went back to it recently to break the biofilm again.
