This is a tapered/pencil tree skirt handcrafted in the USA by a professional seamstress. It's 32" in diameter with 3 layers. The top is a black sheer with gold sparkles scattered about. There's a layer of black satin underneath. It's lined with black on the reverse. There's a 3" satin pleated ruffle. The skirt has a tab at one side opening & a matching tie at the top. It's lined with batting for thickness/shape. The opening for the tree is 1". This is best suited for a 4 foot or so tabletop tree or a taller tapered/pencil one.
