This is a tapered/pencil tree skirt to go beneath your tree handcrafted in the USA by a professional seamstress. It's 32" in diameter with three layers. The top layer is a icy turquoise sheer material covered with metallic turquoise snowflakes. There's a layer of turquoise satin underneath that with makes it shimmer. It's lined with turquoise satin on the reverse also. There's a 3" metallic silver pleated ruffle around the outer edge. The skirt has a tab at one side opening and a matching tie at the top up next to the tree. It's lined with batting for thickness and shape. The opening for the tree is 1" in diameter. This is best suited for a pencil / tapered tree or a 4 foot or so tabletop tree.
