This is a tapered/pencil tree skirt to go beneath your tree handcrafted in the USA by a professional seamstress. It's 32" in diameter with the top of red satin covered with white peppermints in two sizes and white dots. There's a 3" satin pleated ruffle around the outer edge. The skirt has a tab at one side opening and a matching tie at the top up next to the tree. It's line with batting for thickness and shape. The opening for the tree is 1" in diameter.
