LOVED IT!
After reading many popular science books, I could grasp some of the phenomena scientists know how about. Finaly I could understand the difference between weight and mass; I could visualize easily an atom and its particles; and more.Highly recommended!

What a fascinating book!
So much to learn, so many facts that I ignored and was happy to learn. Brian Clegg is genial. I recommend it.

Humbling and amazing
The world inside you is as fascinating and vast as the universe outside of you. In fact it is all one. This book is so interesting, sensational, but based on scientific fact. It is highly readable, and endlessly intriguing. It makes you feel lucky to be alive and to be witness to ourselves, this planet and beyond. Looking forward and backwards in time, simultaneously.

very interesting book
I have really enjoyed this book. I like the way how the author got the basics of the human body in one book with old and new knowledge out of the world of physics. This is maybe not big science but very nice to read. To be able to understand it the reader should have let's say secondary I (Realschulabschluss in Germany) education.Dagmar_A
