Easy to put together. Used it straight away. Floors looked really clean. 5 mop heads an absolute bonus too. Great value for money. Sturdy pole that didn’t bend or feel unsteady. Would definitely recommend.

Really lightweight and easy to use. The spray/mist doesn't soak the floor and the pads are nice and absorbant. It does feel a little flimsy so you can't really scrub the floor with it but it's perfect for a quick clean between proper mopping. Extra perfect at the moment as have a clingy 8 month old, so this is perfect to use one handed. Recommend.

Easy to use

Was using a flashback mop but the refills were crazy pricey, this saves money as can buy a big bottle of floor cleaner to dilute into tank, just bang the dirty cloths into wash and they are good as new. About the same size as a flash mop. Good quality

Fantastic results from first use today. I honestly wasn’t expecting this mop to work so well. My arthritis makes a lot of cleaning tasks difficult but mopping my floors with this not strenuous. The spray delivers a generous even amount of cleaner (once you’re holding the mop at the correct angle) and with a couple of strokes, even the most stubborn dirt on my laminate was gone. The extra two microfibre pads means I can use separate ones for my laminate, my kitchen tile and bathroom linoleum. The mop assembles and disassembles easily but is surprisingly sturdy when in use. Time will tell how durable it is. It’s half the price of most similar type mops but I’m really happy with my purchase. Excited to try it out on my downstairs windows outside.

I just bought this, and I am 100% satisfied with it and its incredible ability to clean floors and move 360 degrees in tight spaces. It is so easy to assemble and begin using in less than one minute once you have chosen your preferred cleaning solution. It is extremely lite weight and easy to use and the pads are also easy to remove for cleaning. I have owned several and more expensive floor cleaning spray mops similar to but they don't come close to what this unit can do. A MUST have for any home. I will definitely buy one again!

Shortage off items missing one bottle and two pads

This spray mop was nice the first 8-9 months but then it started leaking so I'm now using it as a normal mop (no spraying)... Edit: I just realized that there was a problem with the water bottle, something has fell off without me noticing which caused it to leak, I closed the hole with a small piece of wood for now and it stopped the leakage, everything is working fine now.
