easy to open
Others complained these packets were hard to open without a scissor. Maybe they changed the design in response because there is a perforation and it is easy to open with just your fingers. I would have preferred using paper instead of plastic - I dont need more plastic in me or my bin - but that aside it does what its supposed to do.

Replacements for previous purchase
Bought to replace saline packets that came with my neti pot. They are exactly the same as the ones I've used for the past several years, so they're probably good

Nice but need cut open
These work as expected. They don't tear open easily like the more expensive ones. I have scissors in the bathroom, it's no big deal to cut them. Worth it for the price.

Good will order again
They work just as well as the expensive ones. Better price & it’s the same thing my doctor recommended.

Good value for the product
The saline packets are perfectly measured and ready to use. My only issue is that they are more difficult to open than other brands.

BIG MISTAKE buying this
I have bad sinuses and after 3 sinus surgeries, I flush them every day. I had been using a well known brand for years but found their refills packets had become too expensive. So, seeking a cheaper alternative I bought this product. BIG MISTAKE! I didn't look at the ingredients because it never occurred to me that a company would sell people a sinus wash product that did NOT contain sodium bicarbonate. Guess what, this one does and I used for 6 days. Every time I used this my sinuses burned (this has happened many times and it usually means they're inflamed) and I felt "dry" all the time. I finally looked at the packet label only to find it is just salt...no bicarb. No wonder I feel like a dried up husk. I've stopped using it and have ordered another brand with bicarb. Please don't waste your money on this product.
