Great product
With any shock, it's best to run upside down due to binding issues, even stock. Very great setup easy to adjust. I run 1 gold spring, and you will most likely need limiting straps (rubber bands). Still allows 95% of flex with my setup! Other 5% is the body in the way haha

Limit straps
Pretty generic shock, you need limit straps for these if you want to get all the flex you can.

They bind abit with flexing I kinda fixed it by putting oil in the shock
