After buying four different cables and adapters that didn't work, I found this adapter, and I knew it would work since all my previous Anker products have worked like a charm. It works perfectly with DP 1.4 over USB-C at: 2560x1440, 120Hz, 4:4:4 or 3840x2160, 120Hz, 4:2:2 HDR also works. The only downside is the lack of G-Sync support.

This allowed me to drive my LG OLED tv at 4k and 120hz. It required flashing some updated firmware but once that was complete I had no issues with that resolution on my tv. Great product !

Adapter does exactly as advertised. Product works. More expensive, worth the price.

Works but only after a third party firmware update. Using 16-inch MacBook Pro M1 2021 on Ventura 13.5 Had to use a windows computer to update firmware as outlined on macrumors website. Forum name is "DP/USB-C/Thunderbolt 3/4 to HDMI 2.1 4k@120hz RGB4:4:4 10b HDR with Apple Silicon M1/M2 now possible !". Before firmware flash, dongle would not keep a connection. I tried reaching out to support and had a back and forth with them, but Anker kept blaming the problem on my computer. Pretty frustrating experience. Maybe Anker can update their own firmware so the dongle will work out of box.

Great value for the money and impressive build quality. It has very fast transfer speeds and compatibility with HDMI. Very thankful to have purchased this item!

The first adapter I received didn't work and I left a review. After that, the anchor contacted me and offered a replacement or a full refund, I decided to try the replacement and it works as it should.
