Head Size Matters
It's really cute but too big for a head piece for me, unless I pin it into my hair, so if you have a small head it may not fit.I use it as a necklace, so it works

Had to fix it when received cause the hoop holding one of the charms on was off and both charms had a spot that looked like someone broke off the hoop so had to file that down due to sharpness
