Good sized bottle and easy to use, but be warned that it is extremely strong. You only need a small amount to get the flavour through. Too much and it will leave food smelling and tasting like chemicals.Overall, however, it is a good item, and made for a very tasty violet lemonade for a picnic recently.To use it, I would recommend putting a tiny amount in first and then working up until you have the right taste, otherwise it can be far too easy to put too much in.

Totally brilliant. Tastes just like parma violets. I add a few drops to my milkshakes and hemp chocolates that I make. Will buy again.
