be quiet! Pure Wings 2 (92mm) PC Case Cooling Fan BL045 black

This is by far a quiet fan for 1900rpm its fairly silent alot better then most stock fans your gonna find with coolers id recomend it its had no effect on temps much at all my old fan would push a decent ammount of airflow but this preforms much better its noiser then the pwm fan due to my pwm wouldnt go above 800rpm but i dont trust pwm fans due to if the controller is whacky your fan wont function lol these fans are near silent when operating they push a decent ammount of air if your looking for near silent fans the be quiet series you cant go wrong with them with 3 of them 2 92mm fans and 1 120mm they give of a light hum and my pc stays within reasonable temps when gaming cpu hits round 50-60c overall the case around the board is like 30c when doing basic stuff the max temp everything gets is round 40c except cpu which sits at 50-60 when gaming

An excellent unit for anyone considering upgrading their build. I brought this for a computer assignment to upgrade my dad's computer. It's quiet and capable (as the brand name suggests), and it is certainly good value. I am confident this unit will contribute to giving my dad's PC some extra life for some years yet!

I bought a few of these for Ender 3D v2 printers as part of my quiet mod upgrades. The printers are now so quiet that I have to look at them to know whether they are printing or not. Really impressed with these fans.

Made my new PC much more bearable both by being quieter but also what limited noise they do make is at a much more comfortable pitch. Very easy to fit too. I think the only thing they might benefit from would be rubber washers to minimise the chance of them causing the case to vibrate on occasion.

I have a Synology DS920+. The stock fans were creating a racket even in Quiet mode. I replaced them with these fans and they are quieter even in Cool mode, whilst maintaining the same temperatures.

The plastics are really good, almost like carbon reinforced, tough, good quality, durable plastics! I tested the 80 and 91mm fans, at the extremes of my DC lab bench PSU. Here are the manufacturer's specs: Operating Voltages: 5-12V Noise levels: 18.6dB airflow: 33.15 CFM Input power: 3.84W Input current: 0.32A Lifespan: 80.000 hours Here are my personal power consumption measurments, and notices for the 80mm fan: 2,80V 0.01A (~0.03W), kickstarting the fan is necessary; they don't provide much airflow until 3V. 4,00V 0.05A (~0.20W), 4V is needed to self-start the fan. 5.00V 0.06A (~0.30W), airflow ~= 3-4in. 6.00V 0.08A (~0.50W) 9.00V 0.10A (~0.90W), fan is barely audible in a silent room 12.0V 0.13A (~1.60W), airflow =~ 1ft 16.0V 0.165A(~2.65W) 20.0V 0.22A (~4.40W), faint hum heard, ~1,5ft airflow 24.0V 0.255A(~6.15W), not recommended for long exposure! 30.0V 0.31A (~9.3W), audible, good airflow, 20 seconds in, the fan was fried, still works, but permanently suffered a 20-25% reduced performance. The manufacturer specs seem to be tested around 14-16V, but the real life numbers are better than specs! That's a good indicator it may be a good quality product! Personal fan rating: 4.8 out of 5 stars, for airflow, 4.9 out of 5 stars, for quietness (it's basically inaudible at operating voltages) 4.8 out of 5 stars, for quality and durable plastics 4.5 out of 5 stars, for under and over voltage capabilities Let's hope the brushes and bearings will live up to their 80.000 hours ratings. Overall, I would recommend these fans, if you're not into LED stuff! Definitely recommended!

Silenziosa, efficace, silenziosa ed efficace. Al di la di alcuni nomi blasonati questa serie di ventole è veramente buona. Il rapporto prezzo qualità è altissimo. Costruita bene e con buoni materiali. L'ho persa per sostituire la ventola di un alimentatore di una stampante 3d e dovete sapere che i primi giorni avevo seria difficolta nel capire se la ventola stesse girando o no in quanto posizionata in un punto difficilmente visibile. Ho quindi dovuto montare un piccolo led per capire se fosse accesa. Consigliatissima!

The first time i switch on my PC after installation, i had to double check if the fan was really running because it was just too quiet. But being quiet does have it's cons after all, it's cooling power we not very effective when i used to it to replace my CPU fans. So now i'm using it as an additional fan in my PC case for my RAMs.
