Uses AAA batteries so a bit more expensive to run than the claimed AA batteries
At first glance this seems effective, there's a switch for 1 or 2 lasers operating and it switches on for 20-21 seconds after detecting movement. The Laser/LED swivels don't seem very firm but should hold in place OK. I don't have power in the garage so cannot use the supplied power adapter, and it's too early to say how long it will operate on batteries. Annoyingly it runs on AAA rather than the claimed AA so will need changing twice as often.The LEDs seem plenty bright enough in an unlit garage and indoors under any normal level of lighting. Reflections off the windscreen leave reflections on the roof of the garage, but plenty gets through to leave a bright dot on the dashboard.I'm using a strip of black tape on the dashboard as it has no marks to help position the dot. I find I can park to precision of around 1cm x 1cm every time, when I probably only require 10cm accuracy to be able to park the car and open the door past an awkward pillar.It's good, but I'll knock off one star for running off less cost-efficient AAA batteries when it looks like it could have been built for AA without needing to be larger.
