Great headlights front and rear
I purchased these front and rear headlights for one reason and one reason only. I've just bought a new electric bike which has a built-in front light but it is a solid Beam. They also supplied a rear light which again is a solid Beam. I want to something that would flash and warn drivers that I was there and then hope that they would take action earlier and and not to hit me. I ride very rarely on the road mainly in wooded areas but when I do I put these flashing lights on on at any time of the day. they show up and cars I can see by using the mirror I have on my handlebars that they take notice of me quicker than they would if I wore say a high vis jacke. for the price they're fantastic as they are rechargeable which I have not yet had to do do after the initial charge and I've been using them for a few weeks now.

Amazing set of bright lights and battery life
Don't let the 400 lumens fool you into thinking this isn't bright, it is bright! Both front and rear lights are great.I quite like the sleek and simple design of both the front and rear lights. There's no branding or logos like you might see on other light sets.No one wants to keep buying batteries or taking batteries out of lights, so this set helps solve that one problem. The front light has a capacity of 2000mAh, and the 24 LED rear light has 500mAh. The front light has two battery indicators on either side, it's a constant red when in use or charging, flashing when there's only half hour battery lift left and green when full. The rear light has a small colour indicator near the charging port too. Within the supplied manuals and on the Amazon product page it states that if you use the slow flashing modes, you can expect a runtime of 21 hours from the front light and 11 hours with the rear light. This is great for me as I intend to only use the flashing modes while commuting. Both front and rear lights are mounted with rubber straps that are quick and easy to use. The front light won't move once you've strapped it down. The rear light has a square peg, so you can mount it horizontally or vertically along with an angle adjustment.Using the lights can be a bit confusing at first, but after playing around with the modes it becomes pretty simple. Just make sure you're not looking directly at the lights, they really are bright. Pressing the power button on the front light starts in constant full brightness, then a slightly lower "energy saving mode" brightness and then off. If you hold down the button, it changes to the flashing mode, first a slow flash and then if you press it again it changes to a fast flash and then off.The rear light works a little differently, it's instant on with the first press, starting at low brightness, medium and then high. But then it cycles through the settings, to turn it off you need to hold power button down. It makes sense since, while you're riding, you don't want your rear lights to go off when you're changing the brightness. If you double press, it changes the selected brightness mode into a flashing mode, starting off slow, medium and blindingly fast. The best thing is that once you've chosen your combination, you can always turn it back on with a press of the button and your settings with immediately come on.Overall, these lights are great if you're on a budget, they're a little bit more than the set that are around £10 but with the extra cost comes extre battery capacity, more brightness and more LEDs.

Average battery
The front light has great brightness but the battery life is super poor, the back light stopped working after 1 use, not recommended at all

Great light
Great lights , easy to fit . Only issue i had was a screw for the front light holder came loose causing light to drop off . Should have checked beforehand i suppose . Anyhow , easy fix and great performance.

Bright but you have to secure it pretty tightly.
It's quite heavy and the attachment point is not at the centre of it's gravity so it tends to fall forwards if the road is slightly bumpy.

Very bright, lightweight lights at a good price
I am pleased with these lights and will probably buy a second set for my wife’s bike. Unlike previous sets I have had, they are rechargeable (so no expensive replacement batteries), they are small and lightweight, but also very bright. The front light easily illuminates about 100’ and the rear is also very bright. They have the usual flashing modes, but unlike many bike lights you don’t need to work through these modes to turn the lights on and off in steady beam. There are two main beam settings (the high setting is very bright) and three settings for the rear light (one very bright, two dimmer ones). I haven’t yet exhausted the batteries on any of my outings, but I will certainly put them to the test during the winter months. To change the rear to flashing mode needs a double tap on the button (long press on/off). The front needs a long press to change to flash or steady, with a single press to cycle through modes and off.The light bodies are well made plastic/aluminium shells, and use USB charge cables (micro B, so the usual fiddle to plug in). The charge sockets have waterproof covers, and the lights generally look well protected from moisture, though I have yet to expose them to more than a few splashes.I have them mounted on the handlebar and seat post of my mountain bike for evening/night use. They use a rubber band style connector, and are easily removable for charging, moving to another bike etc. using a press and slide mount. The rear is very secure. The front does move around on rough ground, so I do need to adjust it in motion. I will try to find a more secure fitting for it. This is the only thing I don’t like about the light, but it should be easy to fix. The box includes spare rubber connectors if you do happen to lose one.Overall a good safety purchase for less than £15! I have supplemented these with spoke and normal reflectors, a reflective jacket, and a cycle helmet light, and should be good for a Scottish winter!

The tail light eventually stops working
I gotta admit, I bought these and was really happy with the build quality. Within then first 2 hours of having them. After giving them an initial charge. The tail light just would not turn on anymore. It was completely dead. I contacted their customer support which is great and got a replacement. The replacement worked perfectly for about 1 month and then one day, it stopped working. It will charge to full but the lights just don't turn on at all.I love these lights I might even buy a new set. The build quality is amazing and they look and feel like they'd be very durable, especially in London's weather. It's just disappointing how unreliable their tail lights are, they will eventually fail and it happens way too fast.
