I have a folding table with a door to slide the fold up chairs into and the plastic casing of my original catcher fell apart within months of having it- almost as though the magnet was too strong for the casing! This metal item was bought to replace it. It took seconds to install and the screws fit into the existing holes. I just wish I’d bought it sooner as I’ve spent years constantly re-supergluing and cellotaping the old plastic one! Absolutely brilliant item at a fantastic price so would 100% recommend. Very strong too so I’m very very pleased. Thank you.

Used to provide better closure on upright freezer door. Attached using small metal brackets and self tapping screws plus a bit of epoxy resin to prevent loosening. Works very well and saves lots of energy by preventing freezer door accidental opening and making a firmer seal.

Purchased this to replace a similar latch on a sliding door to my downstairs loo which had considerably less holding power and made going to the toilet a gamble as the whether you would expose yourself to others in the vicinity.This new lock has great hold/sticking power and has thoroughly fixed this game of toilet roulette, however it is still easy to open when you wish to get out.

well made and work when fitted

The magnets are fine and do the job very well, but unless I am stronger than I realise I don't think 6kg is accurate, but they hold the doors shut, so that is good.The screws supplied with the magnets are awful, all of them rounded and I had to use some other screws that I had.For the price, they are good, but ensure you have decent quality screws

These to hold closed a large wooden gate, no problem fitting and require a good push to open gate, just what is required. Good value.

Good quality product but screws are very soft metal and damage easily consider using better quality screws to fit product
