This is not Gluten Free
This is not gluten free, it is made with wheat and says so clearly in the ingredients. It should not be referenced in the gluten free section. It is good flour if you are not coeliac.

It makes great bread and it's organic which means it has not been sprayed with glyphosate 5 days before harvest to dry it out.

Loved using this flour, just didn't love that it took over a month to arrive. I understand why, just not the fact that it takes forever to arrive

Use it quickly
The flour is great, with good protein %. However, I received this on 10/07/24. I was dismayed when I saw the expiration date is 11/19/24, just a little over a month! I don't bake every day and I usually only bake one loaf at a time. This was supposed to be my backup bag, in case I ran out of what is in my container, but I'm thinking I may have to use it before then. So, check that expiration date when you receive this.
