Toothpick for Swiss Army Knives, 3 1/2"/Large

I went to use my toothpick the other day and was gutted to find I'd lost it. After a quick search on Amazon I went for these as they are the same colour as mine was (I didn't want a green or red or black one) My biggest concern was that they would be too big or too small, but they fit perfectly, and I'm so happy that my penknife is complete again. I didn't really want that many of them, as I've only lost one in over 30 years of owning my knife, so these will last me forever. A little expensive for what they are, but they are well made and now I've got plenty of spares 😊 Recommended.

One of the wonderful thing about Victorinox Penknives is that there is a tool for pretty much anything that life is likely to throw at you - including a toothpick! You think you'll never need one, until you need one, and miles from civilisation. Sadly, they don't last for ever, and even if they did, eventually you are bound to put it down, or swallow it, or use it for prying a thingummyjig out of a whatsitsname and break it. And that's why these toothpicks are rated 5 star. They become essential to your life. Yes, they are expensive. For once I forgive the expense. You get what you pay for in this world. They are worth every penny. Oh yeah - I was joking about the swallowing bit! But if you did, there's probably a blade on the knife for doing a bit of impromptu surgery ...

Had a CyberTool 34 since 1999 and the toothpick vanished years ago. Lived with a gap in the red jelly side ever since along with a broken scissor spring. Thanks to (UK Outdoor Store) Amazon I have now replaced both bringing old faithful back to spec. The fit of these picks is nice and tight as they should be so should not fall out and six should see me through a few more decades providing I can keep track of the envelope. My only grumble is the cost of 6 slithers of thermoplastic plastic at over a pound each. Wow. [Aside: If only I can find the spiral topped screwdriver at a reasonable price I would get that too as mine has a 1/3 chip out of the blade. Not widely available. I have seen this so called "access screwdriver" at £1.83 which is a bargain but with a +£12 postage!!! and another example $40 postage!!! Double wow. What's that about]

Needed a replacement for my Swiss Army knife, but struggled to find them some time ago. Came across these and they are a perfect replacement. Didn't really need 6, but now have 5 spares, so should last a few years.

Very well made, and can be stored (singly) in your Swiss Army knife. However good they are they are only toothpicks and seem to me to be on the expensive side

Ich besitze drei Schweizer Taschenmesser von Victorinox, die ich alle hier auf Amazon gekauft habe: den Spartan, den Swiss Champ und den Huntsman. Irgendwann stellte ich fest, dass am Huntsman der Zahnstocher fehlte. Keine Ahnung, wie das passiert ist – vermutlich hatte ich ihn mal herausgenommen und irgendwo abgelegt. Trotz intensiver Suche in meiner Wohnung blieb er verschwunden. Da ich meine Victorinox-Messer hege und pflege, ärgert mich ein fehlendes Teil – selbst wenn es "nur" der Zahnstocher ist. Also habe ich diese originalen Zahnstocher nachbestellt. Die kleine Packung enthält sechs Stück, die Lieferung war vollständig, und alle Zahnstocher passen perfekt in meine drei Messer. Wer seine Taschenmesser genauso schätzt wie ich, dem kann ich diesen Nachkauf nur empfehlen. Ein paar Euro haben meinen Seelenfrieden wiederhergestellt.
