Hello, Inner size for each compartment: 3.75 x 0.79 x 2.76inch.

Q: Why is the white one more expensive?

Hello, the material is more thicker and it is fiexed by screws, more stronger.

Q: Would this work for Tarot decks ?

Yes, it works for Tarot. Just know that you may need to omit a few dividers to have space for the full decks. Now, if you have Oracle decks, the standard dividers are fine. I'm simply saying yes, but the dividers create narrow space forcing the deck to be divided into two slots. Make sense? I love these for Tarot. I have three of these and will likely get more.
