So what I love love love about this product is the taste and how easy it is to dissolve and swallow! You don't need water to take it, you don't need to hold your breath and try to swallow whole, and you don't need to hold your nose either for the taste. The taste is AMAZING! I was actually surprised it tasted that good haha! I was expecting something gross as I am very sensitive to taste and smell but it was easy! I take it like it is "candy" (it is not candy haha). This is GREAT for kids also so if you have a kid lacking B12 this is PERFECT for them! you can chew them and they don't dissolve weird or have a weird texture either. They are small enough too that it really isn't super notcieable. The package it came in was easy too, easy to open, very clear instructions, clear ingredients and the reasons why B12 supplement is necessary and very straight forward. I really like this supplement and is again great for anyone to take! easy storage too and not one of those hard to get off lids but a sealed enough lid too to keep the supplement in a room temperature area. I also really loved how the bottle was VERY easy to read and pointed out everything that was NOT in there that could be an allergy to someone which is SOOO helpful and great to be able to find so easily

I love these vitamins! I wasn't sure how I would feel about the fruit punch taste, but it's actually really tasty. They dissolve quickly and do not leave a weird aftertaste. They also aren't nearly as chalky as other sublinguals I've tried previously. It's been a little over a week since I started taking them every day and I can already notice more energy.
