I'm happy with this so far, having selected it from dozens of very similar products. The packaging is nice. It comes with a soft travel pouch and spare nozzle. The battery lasted just over two weeks of daily use (for several minutes). It will be good to take on holiday. The water reservoir depletes rapidly, but if it held more then the whole thing would be heavier and more unwieldy, so I think it's a fair compromise for a handheld device. The manual is clear. It even comes with a spare bung for the USB-C charging port. I've found the bung tends to fall out quite easily, but so far the ingress of water hasn't been an issue, and I keep this thing in the shower cubicle. My only criticism is that it doesn't really need so many buttons. It's nice to have a way to adjust the force/speed up and down, but all the different modes seem pretty pointless. They're just different patterns of the pump running and pausing in different pulses. The default ("fully on") mode is the only one that makes any sense. That achieves "deep cleaning" and "gum massage" just fine as it is. On that note, putting the mode and power buttons on the sides of a "wheel" control seems a bit too much style over function. A simple on/off button would do. This is a minor complaint though. The product has preformed well so far.

I did lots of research and chose the caresmith waterflosser. Very happy I did.This is much better than the waterpik I used to have and it's half the price.More powerful, usb c chargeable, good battery life and much quieter.I highly recommend it.Update - device has failedSadly my caresmith water pick has failed at just over 6 months old, no longer working. I'm very sad as I loved it. I would buy another one but they are out of stock.

Edit: they offered to send a new unit or fully refund me. This is great customer service. The product worked well and replacing it fixed any issue.I liked it the last ~5 months I've used it. Mid floss it stopped working. Almost as if it was clogged. But no, it's something with the motor. I can't take it apart as it's sealed for a reason.

Flosser has different settings to use and it works very well. I did have a little issue with the tip breaking inside the flosser, however customer service was responsive and issued me a replacement l.

Not wow

This is my second one. First was from a different branch. I bought one for me and another for my partner. I find this one very effective, nicely built. The only reason I dont give 5 rate is because the little silicon piece that protects the electric port to charge does not stay in place in any of the two purchased and I am concerned water can damage the electrics. Otherwise so far, its working fine

Been useing this for a few weeks,havent noticed any difference! Dont switch on until its in your mouth or everything will get soaked.doesnt always switch on/off when you press the button!

I find this flosser difficult to handle, as my hands are quite small, and shaky. So it tends to be a bit messy! I also find it difficult to find the power switch when the flosser is in my mouth, and need to remove it before changing any of the settings. On the plus side, the battery is very long-lasting, and the water container holds plenty of water for one use. I haven't used any other flosser to compare it with, and I guess I'm probably not the best candidate for managing this type of 'machine'.
