The flavour of these is good but don’t be tempted to overcook. I found at sea level the cooking was quite a bit longer than the packet directions. They taste raw but look great so I cooked them longer, and a bit more and then they more or less collapsed into smoosh. I guess the secret is to eat these reasonably aldenté then they’ll be ok. Still not anything like real wheat pasta which you can’t eat if you are gluten intolerant. I’m still looking for the 'it' pasta alternative.

First time trying lentil pasta. Flavour was quite different! But with all the benefits I will keep eating and hopefully get used to the flavour one of these days

Really impressed with these. With multiple health issues these ticked a lot of boxes. They taste great, the texture is as close as I've come to normal pasta and the delivery was really fast. 5 stars. I can't wait to try the lasagne sheets!

Absolutely love these! I have no problem with gluten but like to try new foods and these have become a staple. Taste delicious and reheat well. Lovely with roasted veggies and a little cream cheese.
