I highly recommend this product, especially if you do a lot of walking like me. I've been using this product for as long as I can remember and it has never let me down. I'm using these insoles in all my walking boots. Why? Because they are thick, comfortable, durable,give the feet excellent cushioning and will not crumble after a few weeks like some of the cheaper brands. Oh! Just a piece of advice a couple of drops of an essential oil every week will keep your boots smelling nice and fresh. I use Lemon Balm. It's en excellent mosquito repellent. If you want a midge repellent you can use Bog Myrtle _ careful with this one! It's poisonous, so get advice from a health shop before you use it!

After suffering numerous blisters as the initial boot liner wore down I read previous reviews of this and other products before plumping for this. After now having walked the Speyway and Tomintoul Spur over 6 days , some 81 miles if guide book is correct, I noticed a marked improvement in foot comfort and only a couple of minor blisters by the end.A 100% improvement over a previous outing of lesser milage and I wish I'd bought them sooner.Feel I got a good product and feel it was certainly value for money now the "road test" has been completed.

Arrived very quickly, ordered on Thursday night, arrived Saturday morning. Very thick & comfy, I use them in my Nike running shoes & dhb Cycling shoes. They are a snug fit for size 9 trainers, so the sizing is pretty reliable. Makes a big difference to my runs & cycling. I have tried cheaper insoles before, but they either lose their cushioning or simply fall apart after a few weeks. You get what you pay for I guess? These are well worth the extra. I would definitely recommend these.

I bought 1 of these and liked it so much that I returned and bought another 4 which I fitted to my trainers, work boots, wellies & indoor shoes. If you spend all day on your feet these insoles add a welcome cushioning,especially around the heel. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis these insoles won't cure the problem but they do make your footwear more comfortable throughout the day and at a reasonable price

I wanted the plushest thickest bounciest insoles and that's exactly what these are. However they are quite thick so didn't work with the shoes I bought them for but are great for my slightly sloppy wellies. Depending on what you need, less padding may be better ..

I find them just perfect for my feet where I need the cusion type of insole with it not being too think but giving the right sort of comfort and nice to walk on.

very thick and confortable insoles. These insoles feel quite good and I am quite enjoying them so far. I would totally recommend this product to anyone who walks a lot, especially if their shoes are relatively big for their feet.

I bought these to fit into a pair of ankle length boots to offer better insulation. The problem is that they are very bulky and take up too much room. The heal of the insole is thicker than the toe, for obvious resaons, but it has the effect of drving your foot into the constricted toe area of the shoe/boot. The result, blisters. However, I transferred then to a pair of wellington boots with more room and they are perfect. The verdict is, these are really designed for work or walking boots. Not suitable for "ordinary" shoes and boots. If that is what you want, look for something thinner and more lightweight.

Sehr gute weiche Einlagen ! Man muss aber dazu einen festen Schuh anziehen damit man halt hat ! Sehr gut für Hüfte und Knie.
