Very well packaged and arrived in perfect shape. Love the faucet - paired with a Kraus undermount sink - they look great together. No performance issues so far.

This faucet is the best ever! I've had it for about six weeks and couldn't be happier. The Vibrant Stainless Steel finish matches my satin-finished stainless steel sink perfectly, and the faucet is a joy to use... smooth swivel, and three buttons on pull-down head make it very easy to use one-handed. I hear positive comments on this faucet from anyone visiting who uses it. The larger Simplice faucet is an inch higher and extends an inch further into the sink, but this 'secondary' faucet fits the scale of my kitchen well.

I read a lot of reviews before ordering this faucet. I usually tend to buy what's on sale, and this wasn't. It is just a smidge shorter (maybe 1") than a full-size faucet, which suits me fine. (I have a full-sized 36" sink, but a small kitchen). I ordered the "vibrant stainless" and am happy it doesn't show water spots. My husband installed it and, at my request, put the control lever squarely in the Front, (which necessitated a simple switch of the hot/cold hoses underneath). I love it there! When you're hands are wet you can easily bump it "off" with the top of your wrist. The front and center position also makes it easier for children to operate, using their "Left=Hot", "Right=Cold" training. (Makes it easier for us old-school adults, too!) Also, I Love Love LOVE the spray pattern and increased pressure! I am so impressed that it made that much of a difference from my old, very similar fixture. It maintains whichever pattern you choose, even when you turn off the faucet. The pull-down part is easy to operate and returns to its position without much effort. We intentionally left off the base plate and like it just fine. We've used it for over a month and can't find anything about it that we don't like.
