Works great
I have a home office. It picks up good for meetings, regular phone calls. The noise canceling is great. I can play music in the room during meetings and no one can hear the music. Check the YouTube reviews also.Expensive, I have the S3 also, I should have bought my more of these regardless of price.

compact and extendable conference room speaker, pretty cool
We had a really small meeting room. yet a computer speaker is not enough for the meeting requirement.so, I am tasked to buy a compact speakerphone for our tiny conference room.look at this simple task, I got tons of choices of inexpensive speakerphones on the market that can achieve the task.Yet, my boss has to bang his head and come up with this idea of future proof. kept talking about what happened if we later had a bigger conference room. and we had to consider the feedback loop if we bring in another speakerphone.so, then the simple task becomes much more difficult as I am no sound engineer.after some consultation with friends of "sound expert", fingers crossed. I am starting to look at speakerphones with link capability. and it is amazingly hard to find.eventually, I found this in this Anker device from mountains of devices with similar capabilities.this speakerphone does support linking up to five devices so we can later extend to a 20-person meeting room from our current 5-people one. so we don't have to worry about the feedback loop between devices in the same room.phew...., mission complete.after hooking this device up, the sound quality is pretty good. clear and load.and the sound effect is very soft not unlike other crapy speakers that come with crispy sound effects just to achieve the loud conference effect.I can totally use this new meeting room as my after-work movie theater now. ;)

Inexpensive, portable, shockingly good sound quality
My use case:I support small businesses with their technology needs. This device is perfect for those budget-conscious organizations. I have tested six inexpensive conference room systems and ten stand-alone speakers. All 3k and blow price range and this line of speakers has had the most positive reaching from my clients.Speaker sound quality:Ensuring you size the Anker conference device appropriately. The sound quality is superb. These devices can easily fill the room with sound without maximizing the volume. During my testing, I maxed the volume to check the sound quality. I did not notice any clipping or distortion. When I tested in a 24-person conference room. I did not see the need to install the second device for sound quality.Mic check:The mic quality is on par when compared to other conference systems. The microphone can pick up the speaker while filtering out the background noise. This is true for both the small, medium, and large units. Anker's product line is far superior to stand-alone conference speaker/mic devices. In larger rooms using the daisy chain design helps improve sound quality, which is a functionality unique to these types of devices. Again, my clients have raved about the great sound quality of these devices.

Not for me
I purchased this for use at my hospice office for our virtual meetings so every could hear the staff that are calling in for the meeting. After multiple attempts to get this product to work at our office , I gave up and returned the product. The instructions were not the best and we could not get the product to connect to our phones. I would not recommend.

Great Speakerphone For Larger Rooms
I bought this to use in a large meeting. We tested this with one unit and it performed way better than I expected. We hooked up another one to system and it was even better. Ultimately, we used three of these for a room about 20 Feet x 25 Feet with about 30 people in attendance. The people who attended the meeting remotely were very impressed with the quality of the sound and the volume of the sound from the people in the room (listening remotely). The people in the room complimented the devices as being loud enough for everyone in the room to hear the remote attendees. As it was discussed, the people in the room and the remote attendees all felt they were completely included in the conversation with no fade outs and no distortions.I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to a speakerphone. I would add that, increasing the number of units to be daisy-chained is highly recommended for larger rooms and more attendees. But one unit should easily cover a normal conference room and 10-15 attendees.

It works in a long conference room with noisy AC
After trying and failing with three Poly Trio 8800 phones working in daisy chain, I tried three of these for a conference room. They worked better than the phones. the sound I may get a fourth one because the audio is just a bit lower than the phones, but the microphones are really good canceling the noisy AC in the room. I would recommend it if you have the money. The room is quite large, and I'm impressed how well it's been working.
