Example: xs= 7- 7.8 in. neck; 11 - 11.8 in. chest girth; 6.7 - 7 in. Back length xl= 11 - 11.8 in. Neck; 15.7 - 16.5 in. Chest girth; 15 - 15.7 in. Back These are the sizes (in centimeters) that the seller left on her post. You can’t see it on the first page so I thought I would add it to the top. CENTIMETERS!

Q: Would this help my kitten from ripping out her stiches sfter being spayed?

I don't think using this sweater to avoid your kitten from meddling with her stitches is recommended. Either cover the stitches with a proper wound dresser or use an E-collar. Your kitten might also be uncomfortable with the friction from the stitches and the fabric of the sweater.
