It's not bitter. Smooth and a hint of sweetness for me. Not a professional but it has helped a lot with my menstrual cycles. If you're dealing with cramps or chest sensitivity, make guava leaf tea and drink it everyday at least one week before your cycle and everyday during.

Great Tea!
I love that the leaves smell like the actual fruit so you’re not bamboozled. Putting them in a resealable bag would be a plus but I have a bag clip on it. I added about 10 leaves to my kettle and boiled it. Let it sit for a few hours or overnight like I did. Highly recommend. Great quality! Smells lovely and I look forward to it working.
