The only complaint I have about this product is that it's bulky and uncomfortable. The massage features and the heat are really nice and they give a decently intense massage. It actually does help me. I use it in between visits to my massage therapist and chiropractor.

It’s not worth $60 heat pad don’t even work and it’s really hard to navigate with buttons and will get dirty in no time Doesn’t come with any smart features.

This product does what it says it’s going to do —it gives you a good deep massage in your neck and it’s light and comfortable. You can’t really wear it to bed but I don’t think you could wear any massager that was more than vibration to bed.

Too rough on my neck.

I bought this from my wife. She has neck issues. After charging and a short learning curve (no usable instructions – surprise ) this device was very helpful and relieved a lot of the muscle discomfort.

The media could not be loaded.  This gadget has been a Godsend. I suffer from occipital neuralgia and always have tense neck muscles with painful headaches. I'm not a fan of traditional massages, so this works perfect for me. Give it a full charge right out of the box. Put this on the back of your neck, loosley fasten the velcro strap, and let the shiatsu style nodes provide steady pressure to relax your neck muscles. There are three heat settings to soothe aches. Use caution if you have sensitive skin as the highest setting gets hot. Give this a go if you're feeling stressed. You will thank me later.

I appreciate the previous reviews. After receiving and using the device, I was impressed with the intensity. The length of the message is quick, but powerful. I enjoy the size of the device, I can place it inside a carry on luggage or small bag.

I recently ordered the back massager and wanted something to complement it during the long days of working from home when my neck is aching.This thing is fantastic, eases the tension and relaxes my neck area very well. It comes with 3 settings (sleep, active and gentle), I enjoyed the gentle one the most!The heating feature is great, I'll definitely use it during to relax my neck, plus it charges using USB C!!! I really like that.The material feels very nice to the touch, smooth and soft. The colour is actually very nice too which my wife likes!Overall, I would definitely recommend it, my friends have been taking turns using it whenever they are here. I had it for a few days and it got recharged twice already from the constant use.You can get creative and use it to massage more than just your neck (shoulder blade, leg, thigh...etc)

I tried this out and the massage modules are pointy and feel very uncomfortable. They don’t help and made me feel a bit nauseous.

The media could not be loaded.  As someone that sleeps on their stomach, I'm constantly battling neck pain as I pull my neck quite often or wake up with a stiff neck. This machine provides me with a lot of relief, its well crafted and looks beautiful. The massaging function really digs into your neck and breaks down any knots I have. It also has a heating mode if you want to just have that on, with or without the massager.Overall I love it, it’s really easy to use and the buttons actually respond with a built in microphone as you can see in the video attached. This is useful incase you forget which button does what, once you press it, it will tell you out loud which button you hit, so you can adjust while wearing it no problem!Love it!!

La chaleur ne fonctionne pas du tout mais le massage fait du bien et aide à détendre le cou.

I had high hopes that this product would worked After looking at a lot of other products, I decided on this purchase. The unit itself felt really tight around my neck Which made the experience uncomfortable. I’m sure this would work well for others however it wasn’t for me.
