Nonstick Wok and Stir Fry Pan with Whirlwind Design 12.5 inch Die-cast Aluminum Scratch Resistant Healthy Wok with Free-standing Lid (Thunder Grey)

Have been using this wok daily for half a year now, the nonstick layer still holds very well even after I accidentally over heated the wok once. The bottom does warp like some of the fry pans, so even when I need to add oil to the wok, it tends to spread evenly. One thing, in my opinion, need some improvement is the lid handle. The main complaint is the material, it’s plastic, because of the heat, it degrades quite fast, eventually it broke off from the lid. However, the customer service is excellent, after contacting them, they didn’t send me a handle, but a whole new wok! There are some cheap options there, but in my opinion, it well worth the price, highly recommend.

Updated review. After placing my review I received an email from customer support and they were very helpful . After replying to their email and sending photos of the cracks they expedited shipping of a replacement handle. Still love the pan excited to receive the new handle. ThanksOriginal review. I purchased the pan in October and have loved cooking in the pan, until today the handle cracked all the way around. I tried to see about getting a replacement handle and found the customer service difficult and was unable to get any information. The lid is no longer usable. Very disappointed was enjoying the pan until today.

First of all, the packaging was great. The items were protected and assembly was easy because they added a full size screwdriver long enough to complete the assembly. Impressive. I love the weight of the pan and the solid feel. Then I cooked in it. What a great experience. I browned my ground turkey then added the veggies and cauliflower rice to complete the meal. What a great experience.Simply put, I suggest buying one. I’ll be buying more.

Nice looking wok, that came with a good warranty.I was WRONG!The handle for the lid broke into pieces before I had it tighten down.Cheap plastic.Contacted Miller's Kitchen for a upgraded handle if available.At first they were sending a different handle. That changed when they saw it was bought though Amazon not ITSMILLERS. Having a warranty didn't matter.The handle needs to be redesigned.

This is one of the best pans I have owed so far. The size is perfect to cook enough for my family. The material is very nice. It's easy to clean. I would purchase more in the future!

I like this cookware very much. It's non stick, works very well. It's not too heavy. It makes my cooking a lot easier. I rarely failed with this cookware.I highly recommend it. I will get the same pot in the future when it is broken.

I confess, I have a shameless number of woks, Iron, alominum, flat bottom, round bottom, 12”” in size to 16” in size. I just love cooking (and collecting) woks I really held off buying this one as I honestly did not *need* it … I simply *wanted* it. Now that it’s here, I have to say, this is an authentically lovely wok. It’s heavier than I expected, beng that it’s aluminum but it’s very solidly built.Speaking of building, Miller’s even included a screwdriver of proper size, type and length to assemble the handles onto the body of the Wok as well as the lid. Itbis thoughtful touch really hit me in the feels. Yes, I already own a set of screwdrivers, but this was SUCH a thoughtful inclusion, I was really got by their thoughtfulness.The wok is really gorgeous. It’s a lovely size and I always like a disheartening handle on a pot lid. I just can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this wok other than to say I feel it’s a good value and ii would recommend it to anyone. I don’t use induction cooking however this is induction compatible. Just so you are interested in that.A lovely purchase from a thoughtful company. A card with customer service information was included. If you’re looking for your first woman’s cook for friends or family I would highly recommend this wok to you. It’s just beautiful
