It’s lovely and sturdy but the blade isn’t very wide so it’s no good for anything too thick. Works well for thinner items.

Im Griff sammelt sich ekeliges Spülwasser, nach dem ersten Gebrauch ist er auch nicht mehr ganz fest. Die Käsescheiben fallen eher dicker aus - mir zu dick.
