Not sure about these patches which are supplied to each foot, to draw out impurities as you sleep. Recommended by a friend who loves them. Indeed there were dark marks on the patches but I'm a little puzzled!

Didn't stay on for long
First time using these, my husband and I tried them last night. Mine came off after 5 minutes so I had to wear socks to try and keep them in place. I was shocked how much had come out and I'm not completely convinced yet but I'll keep using them for now to see how it goes.
