I love so many things about these ear buds. They're extremely comfortable, great sound, great pairing distance and brilliant battery life.There is one drawback and that's the charging issue which I see from Q&A other people are experiencing. My sister who bought these as well is having the exact same issue. Within a few weeks of use, they stop charging (both the case and the earbuds). When you plug them in, the second digit on the display number flashes as if charging but it never increases, even if left plugged in for hours.I've found two solutions so far that have worked, which I'll share but I'm not confident that these will work indefinitely. I've still rated these earbuds highly because apart from the charging issue they're superb and the battery life is great.Note that these solutions worked for me and didn't damage my earbuds but I can't say with any certainty that they're the correct things to do, so try these at your own risk!Charging issue solution 1: Remove the earbuds from the case. Get a cotton bud and gently swirl it around inside the bottom of the case (inside the pockets that each ear bud sits into). Then use a microfibre cloth to gently clean both ends of the buds (magent connectors) before putting them back in to the charging case. (Note: the manufacturers recommend using alcohol solution on a microfibre cloth to clean but I just used a dry cloth).Solution 2: This worked when Sol 1 failed. Take a lump of Blu Tack and press it against the bottom of the charging case (where the cable usually sticks in). Press it gently in (not all of it - make sure there's plenty of tack on the outside part of the case to grip). Then pull it out. Roll the Blu tack and repeat. Then clean the magnet connectors at the bottom of the earbuds in the same way (i.e. stick a small piece of Blu Tack on each end and pull it off). This method seems to work by removing any dirt/dust inside the charging cable port and removing any residue from the ends of the earbuds.

only had them a shortwhile so too soon to comment but functionality seem ok.very unhappy that 2 weeks after delivery i received a redeemable voucher asking for a 5 star review.makes a mockery out of all the reviews on amazon & other sites if this kind of thing happens!

I bought these earbuds for my 10 year old grandson and he is thrilled with them.They are so valuable in the car with children using different devices.I researched budget earbuds from several outlets and these came up as being well reviewed at a very reasonable price, made even better by an online discount (they are now roughly the same price at £16)He says they are comfortable and he has no fit problems for his (smaller) ears.Children never seem to read manuals but within minutes he had connected them to his i-phone and laptop and was using them.The battery life is good, but we have never actually tested it. They charge quickly when he needs them and they have a good range in the house. He likes the digital readout so he can quickly check the charge.He uses them both for listening to voice and music.The volume is more than adequate for his use and he is aware of the dangers of having them too loud. They compare well with the much more expensive Apple air pods (now costing £140) used by his elder sister.As with all electronic devices, they can have problems, but he has now had them for over a month and so far, so good, As always, time will tell how reliable they are but they have survived and performed well in the hectic world of a young boy. Should they last a few years, they will be an absolute bargainThese are good earbuds at a very competitive price and, as a budget offering, we can definitely recommend them.

I've had my headphones for about a month now and I absolutely love them ! I've been slow to convert to wireless heaphones, even though my family have been using them for years - always being skeptical about the potential health risks.I decided to finally give in so that I could listen to music or podcasts whilst dog walking, as the cabled headphones are actually a pain at times. I wanted to be different from the rest of the UK who all seem to go for the white apple earphones. I wanted something that was going to be decidedly more feminine and so I was delighted when I found these in rose gold !I have been using them for approx 1 month now and I absolutely love them - they are comfortable to wear and the sound quality is good. The battery life is excellent, I think I have only charged them twice so far.

I purchased these wireless earphones based on Amazon reviews and initially they seemed quite good but when the Bluetooth connection was lost when it reconnected the sound quality was very low and could not be alteredWe tried to remove and add to Bluetooth again but they continued with the sound so I would say the quality of the sound was very poor after just a few days as the quality remained very low compared to when they were first installed and could not be changed they were also tested on other products and were very low volume there also so I would consider alternativesI was also offered a voucher in exchange for writing a positive review but I declined this from the seller and chose to write a genuine review based on my opinion of this product
