Who knew that getting a puppy would put me onto these great laces. My puppy decided the laces on my Vibram Five Finger shoes were really tasty. I contacted Vibram and they suggested a company. I looked at the companies product but didn't like several things. I then did a search and Lock Laces returned. I looked them over and they were prefect for my needs. Very easy to lace up and the spring loaded lock keeps them in place. The one Vibram used kept slipping. My shoes stay in place now and are much more comfortable to wear. These laces work so well I'm going to change out the laces in all my Five Fingers.

The laces are extra long so they will fit in any laced shoes. The blue ones I got are bring and consistent. They stretch just the right amount to be good for sliding into the shoes without un clasping. Setting them up was easy and they have been comfortable so far.

I have had these for quite a while now. I wanted to see how well they would actually work before I reviewed them. I would absolutely recommend purchasing these! They are easy to use and they work great! Very durable too!

These are holding up well except for the end aglets. Those didn't stay on the laces for long, about a week and they were gone. They just don't attach well at all. However, the rest of the laces have held up for a summer of hard use and I like the convenience. These are much faster than tying and allow for precision tension - way more control than hand lacing. You can make them very tight for strenuous work and then loosen them up a bit when you sit down. Great product with the exception of the aglet holder - those are junk. Just take a lighter and mushroom the lace heads so they don't pull back though and you're gold with these.

I put a pair of Lock Laces on every pair of athletic shoes I buy. They are easy to put on shoes and I never have to worry about them becoming untied in the middle of a walk. I also enjoy all the different colors and being able to coordinate the laces to the shoes. Love them!

These work great for my son who is unable to tie his shoes with traditional laces. I have ordered them every time he gets new sneakers and they always work without any issues. They are comfortable and secure and I like how they come in different colors to match the laces that come with the shoes.

I have a bit of an obsession with these ever since my local running store introduced these to me. I think they look cool, they are super easy to "install" awesome colors, and have outlasted every single pair of shoes I have placed them on. I love not tying my shoes, and for me, I feel I can "pull" them tight enough for running or weight lifting or any cross fit activities. They keep my shoes looking neat and it's fun to change up the boring laces that typically come with sneakers. I have bought them for all my kids shoes (after they learned how to tie their shoes with regular laces!!). Have zero issues with them and I love the quick adjustment and ability to tighten or loosen them perfectly. Love and highly recommend.

I love the product and the execution. However, when you pull the laces aggressively to tighten, the laces can detach from the teeth in the clip, and then you have to try to pry the clip open. I imagine that whenever you pry the clip open, you reduce its ability to stay secure. That therein lies the problem. The clip needs to be more robust. I purchased two of these, but I'm going to look for a different

A friend recommended these laces and I love them. I no longer need to lace up, now I can just slip on my runners. They are easy to install, just watch video on product -- just a bit of difficulty to close the snap but with a bit of force, can be done. I love the neon colour. Looking forward to converting all my other lace-on shoes to slip-ons. So far, laces have help up well (over one month now) and I can adjust if my feet swell in the heat with no problem. Good product.

I have purchased these for every pair of shoes I own. I just bought two more in different colors to go with the new shoes I just bought. They are very easy to use. Just lace up your shoes to the required tightness that you would normally want without pulling the elastic, then once you have the desired, comfortable fit, loop the locking into place, cut the excess and clamp into place. That's it, your done. Just don't cut the excess to short as you will probably adjust the tightness after wearing for a few hours as your feet swell a little, that way you can adjust to a very comfortable lace. Never have to tie your shoes again. Love these. Love all the colors to match your shoes.
