Beautiful but packaging was a joke.
The item is vety pretty however ot came as a knotted up mess. It took several hours to untangle the chain. Maybe the seller could invest in better packaging. Very frustrating to recieve something you can't use until you have worked on it for a looong time

I was disappointed with the color, order picture showed a blue colored stone and the one I received is white

Not as expected
My opal did not resemble the picture at all. Did not even come close. It was so milky and cloudy it had no color at all.Totally disappointed.People don’t waste your time.

Not happy with order
When I ordered the opal I thought it would be a lot Bluer and it is not I did not care for the color of it at all. In the picture it looks like a bright blue opal I received a white blue looking without any fire. I was disappointed in my order

Unimpressive.
There are $20 necklaces more beautiful than this one. Bought for a Xmas gift, it is unsuitable for gifting. Or wearing.
