The palm & the sleeve are actually too long for me but I'm petite. I'm using them anyway; I fold the sleeve up & the palm down. My hand measures 7.5 but I had to re-order & get the medium as the small hurt.

I was excited when I received this yesterday and decided to wore the whole night. Unfortunately, as you can see my hand is swelling. I really love to give 5 star but I never expected the outcome of this gloves.

Works Great
This has really helped me with my carpal tunnel. The only thing I would complain about is it is a bit big where my thumb goes and rubs it throughout the day and I have to take it off to give it a break.

Definitely 💯
Definitely glad I purchased these, I was a little wiery about buying them cuz I didn't think they would really work or with the pain I get in my fingers mostly, due from years of playing basketball and softball and non stop hard labor with using my hands often. Definitely has helped to elevate most of the pain I use to get in my fingers and wrists, I use to always drop things sometimes because I couldn't grasp my hand or I lose strength, now when I wear these I have so much stability in my hands n strength. Good buy.
