I researched silk pillow cases for a while as they are expensive, and was very happy to find this one. It arrived quickly and nicely packaged. It is pure silk (as far as I can tell!) with all labels stating so. Feels very soft and silky. Well made with a discreet zip. Fits my standard pillow no problem. It’s very comfortable and remains cool so if I wake because I feel hot it’s easy to move along the pillow to feel cool again. Or turn it over as it’s silk on both sides which is worth paying the extra for. In fact, I haven’t woken as much since getting this pillow case so maybe it is part of the reason because it’s keeping me cool. I don’t have creases on my face in the morning like I do when I use a cotton pillow case and that is a bonus as being a perimenopausal woman face creases tend to take ages to disappear! The little hair scrunchie is a nice bonus too and a great way to use the offcuts. Fits my hair perfectly. Very happy customer and will definitely be buying another one. More colour choice (without adding in any nasty chemicals) would be great, thanks Alaska Bear.

These pillowcases were a gift for my wife. Apparently silk reduces wrinkles while you sleep. The pillowcases are fine but no changes in the face so far 😕

I love this pillow slip, I’ve had and used this for a year now and it washes up beautifully, it hasn’t shrunk or frayed and it still looks as good as new. The zipper feature makes life easier and it stops the pillow case from sliding off the pillow. It’s a good size and fits well on my thick memory foam pillow. It feels lovely on the skin and my hair seems to be in much better condition. It’s also really cooling if I’m having a hot flush as I just turn it over and use the cool side. I’m just about to buy another one so I can I can switch in between washing, and have come back here to re purchase.

I had been looking at getting a silk case for the longest time. Saw the great reviews here alongside the great price and thought, why not. So glad I got this case. It’s exactly as described, came nicely packaged. It’s super soft as expected. Immediately noticed a difference after the first use the next day my hair was less tangled. Haven’t noticed a difference on my skin yet… but I do know that it’s 100x better than my usual cotton case and it feels less harsh on my skin. Sadly, I was missing my hair tie. Very sad about that, judging by the quality of the case, I think it would have been awesome. Great customer service from the seller to resolve this. I did notice that the case is too big on my pillow despite it being a standard size fit, so should have fit my standard pillow. I have to fold it over at one side. I turn in the night so I feel like the case twists and dislodges my pillow if that makes sense. I also really dislike the zip feature but because the case is big I can fold the zip part. I do think overall that this case provides value for money. I have actually purchased another to give my partner as a gift, I would recommend this case.

I have purchased silk pillowcases from Alaska Bear on several occasions, a total of eight, and have always been impressed by the comfort, quality and craftsmanship of the earlier sets. The silk itself is excellent, smooth, soft and luxurious, and I have no issue at all with the material. However, with my most recent order of four pillowcases, I was disappointed to find that the stitching around the zips had come completely undone on several of them, and the zips had actually fallen out. This was not a problem with any of my previous purchases, so it suggests a drop in the finishing or quality control. Before leaving this review, I looked on Amazon for a way to contact Alaska Bear directly, as it was not my preference to post publicly. I would have much preferred to resolve this privately, but I could not find a clear way to get in touch. I hope Alaska Bear will contact me directly to address this issue. I would be more than happy to have this review removed once it has been resolved.

Ich habe den Seidenkissenbezug aus Maulbeerseide für meine Mama gekauft. Da Sie so ein ergonomisches kleineres Kissen hat, war es etwas schwieriger genau so ein zu finden! Ich liebe den Reißverschluss, der nicht auffällt und die englische Karte, worin die vielen Vorteile genannt sind. Der weiche Stiff ist sowieso ein Traum bis jetzt. Irgendwann kaufe ich meinem Freund und mir auch welche in groß 😅

I think this is true silk! Ich denke es echte Seide, das gute daran auch der kleine Reißverschluss. Es steht meinen anderen Kopfkissen-Bezug von Jasmin-Silk in nichts nach, eher würde ich sogar das bevorzugen aufgrund des Reißverschlusses.

J'en rêvais depuis longtemps et j'avais du mal à faire mon choix. Cette housse d'oreiller en 100 % soie est absolument divine en terme de douceur et fraîcheur. Idéale pour garder la tête au frais, sur une surface d'une douceur inégalée. L'article est de finitions soignées et je ne vais pas tarder à passer commande pour un second exemplaire du même coloris ou différent (suivant le choix proposé). Je verrais à l'usage si le bienfait pour la peau et les cheveux se vérifie mais j'ai peu de doutes sur le sujet...
