I have only been using this product for a couple ...
I have only been using this product for a couple of weeks but i can see and feel a difference in my nails already.i feel very positive about the results of my hair which is quite thin.I will post an update after a few weeks use but i am impressed already.sue grech

Healthy Hair
I saw a difference in my hair, about three weeks after I started taking it. My hair isn’t as frizzy, and this supplement has helped with the breakage. I found that the pills are a little hard for me to swallow so I just mix them with water, and they still are working well for me. In a few months I am hoping for healthier hair that doesn’t always look so dull and lifeless.

hair nail and skin
Bought as a last hope . I was just browsing on amazon and came a cross these. Nails longer and stronger ,hair looks healthy and shiny,haven't noticed any difference in skin but I live in hope! I would recommend these strongly

Longer Hair
I chose this product because I wanted to attain longer, thicker hair. I take three pills a day (one with each meal) and have noticed a difference in less than four weeks. My hair is a little thicker and about 1 ½ inches longer, I am still on the first bottle and I think that by the end of my second bottle I will have the hair that I have been wanting. I am impressed with this product.

I stopped taking them because I was getting really bad skin, spots etc
Didn't notice any difference at all but maybe I didn't take it for long enough. I stopped taking them because I was getting really bad skin, spots etc. I researched biotin and found out that it can cause spots on your skin. Maybe different for you though.

Excellent service, have been using every day, haven't noticed much difference yet, but will give it 3 months. One thing the capsules are lot easier to take.
