This stuff works! Within a few hours I could feel the difference in my throat and my cold didn't progress into a full on head invasion. It didn't taste bad and within 2 days my cold was out the door.

This works!! It is the only thing that will help my scratchy throat when it’s hard to swallow, ease my pain and shorten the duration of my cold symptoms. Definitely worth the money and so easy to use. I recommend this to everyone. The bottle has a good amount too, I have never needed more or ran out - I tend to have to buy more only because I don’t get colds often so usually I’ll have to throw it by my next cold because it gets past the expiration date.

This stuff works! It does the job and completely got rid of my itchy sore throat. Now I just have the rest of the flu like blocked nose, headache etc. You must use it at the first symptoms, I mean really.. use it fast! If it’s too late it will only reduce the pain. The bottle is small (7ml) but enough for one cold. Seriously, if your like me and have no time or energy to be sick… the cost is worth it. 4 out of 5 stars becuase it doesn’t get rid of the cold.. only treats the throat issues.

I must preface my entire review with: I am currently combating a cold or some bug at the moment! The key is to start using this stuff *immediately* and I'm talking any such first glimmer of 'icky blahs'. I have been staving off a cold all week. Normally - as per priors, by now I'd have been one with the bed pillows and adorned in pyjamas with tissues peeking out of every possible pocket. This IS a teeny tiny little bottle. Not much bigger than a nail polish bottle! It has a semi-long neck to the spray pump itself - which is secured to the top of the bottle via screw cap. There is NO child safety mechanism to this spray, however. (If they did get a hold of it, they'd be fumbling with it for a while before they got it to 'spray' and even then it'd most likely be on their hands). It CAN be used for children - but seek professional help. I got this because my husband is a regular carrier and often exposed to viral invaders at his job. People go in snotting and coughing all over everyone and everyTHING year-round. Especially so during these winter months! (December, nearly the new year!) I got two bottles, one that he could take to work (easily tucks into his velcro lunch bag) And one for home. We both started using this - and will say - it's bloody amazing. we BOTH should have by right - have had at least a dozen colds by now! This NEEDS to be taken/used in committed/regular fashion. BE vigilant! We keep the primary bottle at the tea tray by the kettle. A frequented SPOT - so that you are reminded to take it! If it's a minor impending infraction/invader.. then two pumps in the morning/start of day, and one early evening (or before bed). If it's a 'live cold' on the prowl and you're having difficulty - I'd go so far as to say 3-4 times a day! (two pumps EACH time) Open wide! Spray to the BACK of the throat! There IS a 'tinge' of taste to it, not a lot! (I've had FAR worse!) You really don't want to drink anything directly following (potentially 10-15 mins following) give it a chance to absorb and get into the system. This may seem rather expensive! It did to me at first, but now (as I'm returning to buy a 3rd round!!!) I'ts SO WORTH IT! By right perhaps, I should get the larger size, more cost effective, but given that we need two bottles, I have stuck with this size so my husband can take and use his at work if need be! (And ohhhh does he!!!) We both will ask now (it's a regular question!!) Have you used the spray?!?! (oops no! I haven't! or yes!! oh I have!) VERY effective and cannot exist without it! The cold I am warding off RIGHT now - is fading and failing beautifully! With VERY regular exposure to colds and flu - and my husband usually gets the harsh brunt of things (I will get the off shoots! and it's down right miserable!) - we've not had ONE OLD *AT ALL* this entire season.... *touches all wood in house* lol!! I know it's expensive, if you're leary - and really want to try but are uncertain, go with the smallest bottle. IF/when you receive it, read up on it a bit more - but DO be committed and vigilant to taking and using it. As with any medicinal 'course' - you want to be VERY regular with taking this 'medicine'. I also have to add, that with this potential cold looming, I have also been taking echinacea, garlic, Vitamin C and zinc very regularly. (I have had a fluctuating sore throat, and a hovering feeling of the 'achy icky blahs' -- its' GOING away.... It's trying! but I'm nailing this thing! (I have had this potential invader before since taking this spray and it's FAILED the colds/flu's have FAILED) VERY good product, I can't recommend it enough! But as with ANYTHING - there's ALWAYS a 50/50 chance it may not be right for you. Double check the ingredients, read anything by the company on this page - if you have any concerns DO contact the seller about it. (You may also potentially ask 'what if it doesn't work for me and I've spent this much money!' you might be surprised --- if all else - just contact them for more details and ask a truck load of questions! I WAS a sceptical! Despite that I'm an alternative healthcare practitioner! Doubting Debbie no more - *Awesome stuff!* And I'd have to say This is NOW a regular feature to our tea tray (by the kettle) so we know where it is AT ALL TIMES... Just BE vigilant taking it daily when something is trying to invade!!! (Which in this house, is VERY Regularly!) It DOES last a bit! (I'd say with very regular use 2x's a day this little bottle has lasted for TWO people for about 1 1/2 months.. I was thinking it wouldn't even last 'the month' but we've STILL Got some in the bottle, it WILL potentially be TWO months by the time our next bottle arrives (and if colds/flu's are 'less' or dormant, the bottle will last longer!) Highly, highly strongly absolutely recommend (OR Get in touch with distributor, and ask questions!!) - perfectly safe imo! and well worth the investment! (sorry I'm being repetitive, I just can't recommend this enough!) GET SOME LOL :)

Good and effivient product.

Hard to know if this product worked as stated. Cold still dragged on although I didn't get the very painful sinus symptoms that I usually suffer with colds and flu like viruses. Nose symptoms were a bit less but I was on holiday in Italy and it was sunny so can't generally compare it with UK. Nozzle and attached plastic cover top is difficult to handle to direct spray right onto throat, some product caught my tongue and although not supposed to swallowed some which seems inevitable. Bottle pricey as only lasted just over 2 days at 2hrly application. I'd had a scratchy throat only for 3 days prior to taking this so maybe too late to really make a therapeutic impact. I'm really not sure if I can recommend this product.

Very sweet taste doesnt seem would do anything but do believe did help the streaming cold and dry throat being less days.

This product is amazing. Have been using it for years with great results. Use it prophylactically (on flights) as well as at the start of a cold. Unfortunately, when I received it this month the expiry date was for the end of the month (as another reviewer had mentioned). To say I was cross was an understatement . I had bought the bigger size for three colds and for the product to expire in 3 weeks was crazy. Kept trying to return/ get a refund but the help bot said not eligible. Eventually (after probably breaking the help bot) I finally got through to a person (shout out to Asad) who was amazing. Said straight away it was unacceptable that it expired that month and arranged an immediate refund. Also said they would contact the seller to ensure this this did not happen again. Hopefully anyone ordering in future will not have this problem.
