Great addition to a great game
We got this to add some new rules to the original game. Its adds some new ideas and rules which adds a new dynamic to the game. However I find that the Catan expansion sets are expensive especially for just game extensions

Beware, you need the base pack 5-6 players extension to use this, i.e. not just the base pack..Hardly ever used it because of this but the game itself is great
