These are solid tablets, a little on the large side but actually not difficult to swallow with a glass of water. The coating so far as I know is sugar although not particularly sweet. My husband takes them every day. Hope this helps

Hello, what is the difference between taking these and drinking cranberry juice? Can't swallow it as its too big I have to break it in bits first.

Hi there don’t worry I have to break them up too ! These are super strength. I think they are 750mg One glass of cranberry juice doesn’t actually contain enough cranberry to make a difference. Even if you drunk several a day. So I take these instead- I was very prone to water infections, I’ve been taking these for several years now and haven’t suffered with any bad infections at all.
