Nice replacement pads, just expensive. They don’t last as long as advertised, even with washing after each use or using gel, unfortunately. Otherwise as expected.

As an runner a tens unit is a must. The pads I ordered here were meant to replace the medical grade pads issued with the unit I was prescribed with by my doctor. I actually like these better. The pads are a bit thinner, but the adhesive backing is perfect. I am able to apply several times before needing to clean the adhesive side with an alcohol wipe. Because of this, I am able to increase the longevity of the pads. I tens approximately 2 times a week. I purchased the pads several months age (if not a year or more) and they are still holding up perfectly. I recommend.

I once went to a chiropractor to fix a problem I was having as the result of an accident and the chiropractor did not do any actual adjustments. Instead, she applied ems therapy. Despite my initial skepticism, It did a good job of fixing my issues. Recently, I was forced to blind jump from a height onto a hard surface and it resulted in a compressed disc. It wasn’t real serious, but it did leave me with a very sore back and some nerve issues. I went to a chiropractor, but did not receive much relief based on her adjustments. After a few visits without noticing much improvement, I remembered the ems therapy from that earlier accident and decided to buy a home ems therapy device. I chose the Irelieve, as it provides both ems and tens therapy. Bottom line, the Irelieve wireless ems and tens device has been very effective in relieving the low back pain and nerve problems I was having. My understanding is that ems therapy relaxes the muscles that surround the spine, allowing the spine to relax, which, takes pressure off the discs, allowing them to heal appropriately. I’m not a chiropractor or physical therapist, so I don’t know exactly how this technology works. What I do know…I was not seeing my condition improve at all until I started using the Irelieve product…and, I was doing all sorts of stretching, physical therapy, chiropractic, etc. The Irelieve is surprisingly effective.

Update 5/16/2024: I have contacted iReliev customer support. They were previously made aware of this problem with the snaps coming off the electrode pads and are working with manufacturers to fix the problem. They have sent me replacements which I expect to receive soon. Their willingness to quickly resolve this problem with a customer deserves a higher rating than the dismal "2" that I originally gave. So I am upping my rating to 4. My hope is that future electrode pads that I purchased will return to the high quality I was used to from iReliev Just purchased (on Amazon) this set of 4 large iReliev electrode pads for the model et-5050 to replace the worn out set I had been using. As seen in the picture, while trying to remove the pod after use for storage, one of the snaps tore off quite easily from the pad. This cannot be repaired and is no longer usable. Considering the cost of 4 pads (29.95), the quality is quite poor. The previous version of the pads were well made and held up a long time (old version had "iReliev" stamped all over it). Not so with this new version. Very disappointed. Now I have to try to find a customer support option to see if the will replace it.

These are great but for some reason, they're out of stock with a notice saying they don't know when they'll be available or restocked. I can't use my Ten's unit without them and I use it everyday. I NEED more pads asap.
