I really rate this more than the alternative more expensive option. Mixed into drinks very well. Only used cold drinks don't know how it blends into hot drinks as lady doesn't have them.

This thickener works well but it's very costly. the doctor will only prescribe a cheaper product which goes lumpy in a warm drink, so I buy Thick & Easy at the lowest price I can find.

A life changer
This for me is a life changer . I've struggled to eat foods and drinks with a hiatus hernia I've had for a few months. Adding 2 teaspoons of powder to every 8oz water , I can now drink without any problem without feeling like I'm choking . I will be stocking up on this .

Easy to use
Thickens any liquid such as milk, water, tea , coffee, soup making it easier to swallow. Just take your time. You can adjust the thickness to your needs, by adding a little more, or a little less of the thickener.
