I love this butter crock! I didn’t even know they existed till recently and I’m so glad I found this on Amazon! Just stick a stick of butter inside. Let it soften for a half hour and smoosh it down. A little cold water in the bottom is all you need. It’s a very nice design and having some nice spreadable butter handy is such a good thing! I highly recommend.

Great quality and I love the color and little butter knife. Word of advice- if you live somewhere at all humid, skip adding the water. It may mold. Or, be very vigilant with changing the water every couple days.

Very nice quality crock. However, it in no way keeps the butter soft. It’s just as hard as it is as when it’s kept in the fridge. It might keep it fresh, but it sure as heck isn’t soft!

Okay, yall if you have owned a butter crock and on the fence, just get it. Wish I wld have know about these a long time ago. Definitely keeps butter much fresher than a butter dish. Also looks cute on the table.

The crock is very pretty and exactly what I expected, but I wanted a fill line, which the item description says it has, but does not. There is also a small row of tiny dots of baked on glaze on the bottom edge that rests on the table that are bumpy and sharp that could potentially scratch a counter or tabletop. It also has a pencil point sized indent on the outside of the crock that I could live with.

It is easy to use and looks sweet on the breakfast table.I would recommend not to fill it all the way- unless you eat butter every day- because it can still go bad here.The knife is very good for spreading and scooping the butter on bread.It is heavy and just white- but it looks very classic and nice on the dining table or on the kitchen counter.

Bought it for her birthday because she really wanted one. She loves it
