Worked great for our badges! I was using the standard 5 Mil luggage tags to make our office badges but, they didn't hold up. The employees using them do a lot of traveling and these have to withstand a lot of wear and packing in and out of suitcases. These are much thicker and stronger and I believe will hold up a lot longer saving me from remaking them constantly. The pre-cut slot looks much more professional then cutting a hole and allows for vertical badges which is hard to find. Everyone also likes that they can be worn with a badge clip or lanyard depending on the persons preference.

I'm a volunteer coordinator at an elementary school. Making volunteer badges is one of my duties. In the past, our badges were flimsy and very unprofessional-looking. I made a few changes to the way our badges look and purchased these pouches and the response from our volunteers was overwhelming. First of all, nearly everyone assumed I was having the badges "made" by an outside company. The new badges were crystal clear and very sturdy- I would say they're almost as sturdy as a mag-stripe or plastic ID card. Most of our volunteers use lanyards with metal clips, this was one of my primary reasons for upgrading to 10mil pouches- I was noticing that many of our older badges were tearing at the slot. All of the badges I've made with these pouches look just as new as the day I made them.I have a swingline laminator that I bought years ago during an Amazon flash sale for 13. It's really, nothing fancy, I've found that if I run my pouches through the laminator twice on each side, I get the best results.My only problem is that they look so good that everyone with an old, floppy badge wants a new one made with this pouch!

I first purchased 100 of these laminating tags with the 6" loops and LOVED them so I came back on Amazon and ordered another 500. I use them on my children's backpacks and water bottles in case they misplace them at school, and they are thick and very durable so I know they will last a long time. I have a laminator that's supposed to be for 3 mil pouches, but I just ran these through my laminator about 4 times and it was perfectly sealed. The price offered on Amazon with the free shipping is EXCELLENT! You won't find 10 mil luggage tags of this high quality for the price anywhere else! I'll be back for more once I get close to running out!

Purchased these tags to handle a number of lamination needs. Price was good (actually a little less than what I paid for 500 in 1998, believe it or not). To date have used 50+\- and all have sealed and performed as expected.

Works great for any type of pass or tag.
