Important Defect
Upon opening the product and inspecting for defects....first item out had a deep cut. Could be very dangerous. Can not reccommend product.

Partner and I both happy!
The media could not be loaded. I am super happy with this product. Comfortable, effective, and easy to use. It's quite soft and smooth to the touch with just enough bend to for gentle use. I especially like the loop handle because I am able to target my trigger areas and work them with precision. So far, I am seeing positive improvements and my partner has also commented on my progress. Would recommend!
