DuluxMatt Paint, 7 L - Pure Brilliant White

Although I haven’t used it yet, the paint is lovely and thick. Was packaged in 2 lots of bubble wrap and in a plastic envelope and a box . Very good value for money

Always use Dulux . Best paint . Think creamy texture . Goes a long way with brush or rollar

Read lots of reviews and was concerned about arriving damaged, however I carefully opened my parcel and it was very well packaged with no damage at all, now I just need to apply but have more than enough to do every ceiling in my house and being Dulux, I know it will be of the quality I expect

The paint covered well and spread well, quite a good coverage, but needed another coat for us as we live in an old cottage where parts of wall are damp stained and we were covering pale grey, but great after second coat

Quality goods, value for money

My walls were still extremely patchy. Ended up going to Screwfix and buying some of their own brand emulsion instead. Paint isn't full either, think , I’m extremely disappointed that a very well known name didn’t live up to my expectations of the product. The paint inside was excessively cheap and runny, it barely sticks to the wall we're trying to paint. It is NOT Dulux paint, it is cheap paint .You will have immense trouble returning this item too, as it is not covered by Amazon's return policy. Waste of money.I have been trying to secure a refund, from the company, but they are very awkward and made me wait for 5 plus days. last Amazon customer service was so scripted and they never helped with my concern inspite of promise to refund if no response from the seller. Cust service from Amazon service team was so scripted supervisor riri sounded very scripted never want to help customer. Disconnected the chat and failed to respond for asking to escalate further. Never expected this rude behaviour from the lead or supervisor. Amazon shouldn't have a lead or supervisor. Sounded like I am asking for a refund from his /her pocket. Very rude behaviour...from Cust service team.. please train them have to handle customers in polite way rather being too scripted and rude...

Great coverage and value for money, easy to clean off brushes etc

Was worried ordering such a large tub of paint to be delivered by evri but was packaged so well there was no chance of a leak. Came a day early too
