Q: I have just received this and it is definitely not a genuine gund product - there is no label and it came in a clear bag - any idea why?

I have requested a return but heard nothing from the seller, I ordered 2 from TrendStar and on one Of the feet the word play and symbol was upside down, there are no GUND labels and were stuffed in a clear bag, i wont be taking the chance of letting a baby play with these toys, dont trust that they will have gone through any safety checks
