Great ride
Great ride, came well packaged-nice and secure without excessive filler. Easy to put together since it’s mostly prebuilt and feels so fine to ride with on a five ft 4 frame

Very happy
I was nervous about receiving this bike and assembling by myself as I have never done it before. But I was surprised how easy it was. Just make sure you've have a little bike assembly kit and is easy enough to do. Really impressed with the bike and I know my son will love it.

Not perfect but good value
Good value for money After looking online for a bike for my sons birthday I did a quick price comparison on the choosen bike, this one was £150 cheaper than the same model else where, we did question if it was genuine but After reading mixed reviews we thought it was worth a shot, the bike does have some cosmetic damage on the frame unfortunately hence the 4 stars not 5, however value for money its still worth it good quality bike for the purchase price

Initially disappointed...Now happy thanks to outstanding customer service!
So the quality of the bike seems ok,The problem is the amount of damage, scratches and chips to the frame and wheels, yellow staining on the white saddle! I bought it over a month ago but only unboxed today to build up for my son's Christmas present. Very disappointed but I guess with it being made in China it's traveled some miles to get to the UK, more protection should be added in the box to prevent damage in transit! Update...came to fit the front brake as they don't come fitted,guess what, missing bolt that holds the brake lever on the handle bars! So frustrating! Anyway, save yourself the hassle and go to a proper bike shop if you want to be totally happy with your purchase. Update! So I contacted Eastern bikes customer service,they were amazing! They sorted it all out for me! Now I'm happy !

Don’t bother.
Bought 2 for sons at Christmas. Both Came with the option of having front brakes but not the bits to actually secure it. Instruction manual was about as useful as a cucumber! The bits it was showing were completely different to the bits provided so couldn’t even have the front brakes had the bits been provided.

Good bike
all good, however, quite tricky to line up the real wheel, it seems is a bit out of balance, one of the brakes pulls to much on one side. Otherwise, is all good
